Amotec is actively seeking a Robotic Technician! Our client is a global manufacturer located in Greater Fort Wayne, IN. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Robotic Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on robotic manufacturing equipment. This is a 1st Shift position and includes a competitive hourly pay, bonus and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Modify/adjust/troubleshoot robotic programs Troubleshoot and maintain robot paths, wiring, drives, electrical controls, and communications on robotic equipment Utilize a laptop and network interfaces/ software programs to communicate with robotics equipment Coach and mentor other technicians as needed Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED 2 years of electrical training or a Journeyman’s certification or 5+ years of industry experience working with robotics Strong working knowledge of various robotics Working experience with PLCs Working experience with Drives and Communication Protocols If interested in this Robotic Technician opportunity, please call Zachary Swindell at (216) 535-2710 x5501, or email your resume to: [email protected]
